The thesis is devoted to developing of theoretical basis, methodological approaches and practical recommendations regarding improving of economical mechanism of non-tariff regulation of Ukrainian foreign economic activity.Conception of non-tariff regulation of foreign economic activity has been developed. It is defined the comprehension of non-tariff regulation. Classification of the measured of non-tariff regulation of foreign economic activity with their application into trade agreements has been improved.
