The thesis is devoted to the complex research and formation of the complete concept of the stockholders' rights civil legal protection. On the ground of studying the results of theoretical researches made by scientists, as well as the analysis of current legislation of Ukraine, judicial and treaty practice, legal nature of the stockholders' rights is found out, their classification is made, forms and means of the stockholders' rights protection are differentiated according to a system approach to rights protection. All the means of the stockholders' rights protection are researched according to their division into trial and non-trial ones.
