The thesis is devoted to the research of the criminal liability for the disclosure by the official medical establishments, auxiliary worker, or the health care of the professional information on medical examination for human immunodeficiency virus or any other incurable contagious disease or disease acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), which became known to them in connection with execution of the official or professional duties. The socio-legal nature of this criminal act is analysed, the basic aspects of the criminalization and public dangers are determined.
