Mandro O. Criminal responsibility for crimes against life and health of judge, people's assessor or juror

This thesis is dedicated to comprehensive characterization of criminal responsibility for crimes against life and health of a judge, people's assessor or juror and formulation of proposals for improvement of their legal framework. Historical development of national criminal laws on responsibility for crimes against life and health of a judge, people's assessor or juror, as well as of foreign laws on criminal responsibility for the above crimes has been outlined in this work. Objective and subjective features of crimes against life and health of a judge, people's assessor or juror have been specified (Articles 377-379 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
