Thesis is devoted to the hygienic evaluation of provided corrective and rehabilitative assistance to preschool children with visual and speech disorders to improve and increase its effectiveness on the basis of special preschools. Based on the determination of development mechanisms of visual and speech abnormalities in the current generation of preschool children, health forming processes with restriction functions of eyesight and speech in preschool children, rehabilitation mechanisms of disorders, the complex of priority hygienic measures for their organization and realization, which takes into account of requirements to special premises, their equipment and software by the structure of pathology and children's age are identified.
