The thesis contains a generalization and a new solution of scientific problem in the field of obstetrics and gynecology devoted to restoration of reproductive function in women after endosurgical treatment of ectopic pregnancy. In order to solve this problem several diagnostic methods (clinical, sonographic, radiological, hormonal, bacteriological, bacterioscopic and statistical) as well as multi-stage treatment and rehabilitation measures were proposed. 195 women with ectopic pregnancy were enrolled in the study, the control group had 25 healthy women. Risk factors for the development of ectopic pregnancy have been identified and the main symptoms were analyzed. The developed set of organizational, diagnostic and therapeutic measures in women with ectopic pregnancy, as a contrast to conventional methods, contributed to: 1) improvement of general condition in 90 % of patients; 2) elimination of pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microflora in 75 % of women after treatment; 3) normalization of hormonal status of women, i.e. disappearance of hyperestrogenemia and hyperandrogenism, increase of progesterone level to the level of healthy women, normalization of menstrual functions in 86,7 % of patients; 4) conservation of tubal patency according to hysterosalpingography findings in 90 % of patients; 5) preservation of reproductive function: 64 % of patients who planned the birth of a child the pregnancy occurred within 18 month period and in 75 % of them it ended with physiological delivery, but cases of repeated ectopic pregnancy were not registered.
