In terms of the criticality analysis of the theoretical approaches to business controlling mechanism of the product quality control on the consumer goods industry and it's practical activity the basic research task "The upgrading of the effective strength of the product quality control on the consumer goods industry" were researched, and it is substantially significant for the national producers of the consumer goods industry development. Author systematized the classification of the terms of the product quality control on the consumer goods industry, connected with the environment factors. Definition "product quality control" was specified. Following definitions were put in the nomenclature: transactions in improving the product quality, organization of the transactions in quality changes; lean optimization of the transactions in improving the product quality. The mechanism of product quality control on the consumer goods industry appraisal based on the triad of quality rating, presenting the rating of the production by the basic consumers' specifications, the adequate specialization of the quality having all high quality production, factored the consumer reaction intensity and the index of the quality performance degree of utility, was improved. The IDEF0 paradigm of the consumer quality specialization and the mechanism of the product quality rating based on the consumer's quality specialization was proposed. The paradigm of the workflow "The man's suits manufacturing" that could be used for description of the garment factory staff activity of, the analysis and improving the process of the process and quality of the man's suits producing was developed and approved by the OJSC "Volodarka".
