Essay

Scientific research results of economic cooperation development within the framework of application of the theory of state-guaranteed economic security have been summarized in the thesis. The essence and principles of economic cooperation in the field of public administration have been defined. The public administration mechanisms of economic cooperation i.e. legal, institutional and organizational have been presented. A new mechanism i.e. monitoring has been suggested, whose role is to assess and control the functioning of the others. Austrian, German and Swiss experience in public administration mechanisms appliance in the sphere of economic cooperation has been analyzed.
