Kasian A. Physical and psychological compulsion in the criminal law of Ukraine

The thesis reflects the results of the analysis of the social-legal nature of compulsion; defines the features and general characteristics of compulsion as a criminal-legal category; singles out physical and psychological compulsion within the system of circumstances which eliminate criminality as well as within the system of commuting and aggravating circumstances; presents the characteristics of physical and psychological compulsion as a compulsory feature of a socially dangerous act; presents a complex classification of criminal-legal norms in which compulsion is a feature of a socially dangerous act; finds out a peculiarity of compulsion as a means of conducting a socially dangerous act.
