The manuscript is devoted to the issue of speaking culture development of pre-service Ukrainian language and literature teachers with IT (information technologies) implementation. There were worked out the concept-category field of the research, such as basic research concepts "speaking culture", "teaching-methodical supply", "teaching-methodical equipment", "information technologies", "technology Web 2.0", "virtual community", "electronic textbook" in the research. There were created the speaking culture development methods for pre-service Ukrainian language and literature teachers with IT (information technologies) implementation during the studying such subjects "Modern Ukrainian Literary Language", "Culture of Oral and Writing Speech", "Orthoepic and Communicative Training". The electronic training course was created. Created eLearning platform Moodle, directed to the pre-service Ukrainian language and literature teachers speaking culture development. The results of the experimental training proved the effectiveness of the proposed speaking culture development of pre-service Ukrainian language and literature teachers with IT (information technologies) implementation methods.
