The object of study: state regulation of the grain market. Objective: is to justificate directions of improvement of state regulation of the grain market in Ukraine. Methods: logical-semantic, comparative analysis, system-analytical, historical, logical modeling and design, statistical analysis, synthesis and analysis, observations and theoretical generalization, abstract and logical. Results: grounded a scientific-practical principles and conceptual approaches to the directions of improvement of state regulation of the grain market in Ukraine. Novelty: grounded strategy of state regulation of the grain market in Ukraine; directions transformation of state regulation of the grain market in Ukraine in terms of the integration process; obtained the further development of concepts and terminology of the theory of the government which, unlike existing involves interpretation of the "mechanism of state regulation of grain market" and others. Introduced in the activities of the Department of Agricultural Development of the Sumy Regional State Administration Department of Economics and International Relations of Kharkiv Regional State Administration Chuguyiv District State Administration Kharkiv and Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration of Ukraine.
