Essay

The thesis investigates modes of vibration control units for forming concrete cubes with stabilization parameters deviation estimated Phase response. On the basis of the theoretical studies defined mathematical model of vibration system "drive - your body - form - concrete mix", which helped establish patterns of movement and substantiate limits of parameters of vibration. Analytical dependences allow to determine the amplitude and phase fluctuations vibratory capacity. These dependencies describe the actual motion vibratory a steady and transient modes of discrete-continuous model. Proposed and established experimental vibration two-mass installation of steady oscillations top (active) weight. Implemented experimental studies allowed to estimate the impact of transients on changing the settings, get numerical values for the phase angles which provide boundary change the oscillation amplitude in accordance with the applicable standards. The algorithm and method of engineering calculation of basic parameters vibratory control blocks to form concrete.
