Essay

The dissertation is devoted to topical issues of development and scientific grounding of magnetic water purification technology of thermal power enterprises from magnetic impurities with using new ferrito-ferromagnetic filtering nozzles. The established patterns of the process of magnetic purification of liquid media in ferrit and ferrito-ferromagnetic filtering nozzles by changing the basic technological parameters: the lenght of the filtering nozzle, external magnetic field and the velocity of filtering, allowing recommend rational values of technological parameters. Introduced magnetic filter with ferrito-ferromagnetic filtering nozzle in Gorodotsky plant of building materials. Introduced a magnetic separator-filter in Shpanivskiy experimental plant of food extracts. The purifying efficiency from iron-containing impurities is 67-95 %. Introduced an improved method of engineering calculation of electromagnetic filter, method of control of magnetic purification process and method for determining the magnetic fraction of iron-containing impurities in aqueous environments of thermal power plants.
