Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the ecological and economic peculiarities over the reclaimed land use as well as detection of the impact on the researched objects of nature reserve fund. Theoretical approaches to the evaluation of reclaimed land use when creating new natural protected areas have been suggested. Approaches to the formation of the natural reserve fund objects have been improved. Ecological and economic analysis of the Male Polissya reclaimed land use, Rivne region, has been performed. The dynamics of the studied areas natural systems changes influenced by land drainage has been discovered. Strategic priorities for agricultural development on reclaimed lands have been grounded considering environmental requirements. Mechanism of financial security of environmental activities when using drained lands has been given. Tis paper deals with improvement of scientific and methodical approach to modeling expenditures on the natural reserve fund objects conservation.
