Dissertation is devoted to the theoretical approaches to determining the nature and importance of the economic levers in the process of ensuring a sustainable agricultural land use. Scientific and methodical approaches toward the formation in terms of sustainable agricultural appointment land use have been improved. The world experience in the economic levers application to sustainable land use within the agriculture has been generalized. Ecological and economic analysis of the current state of the agricultural appointment lands utilization at the regional level has been conducted. The system of economic mechanisms to ensure a sustainable agricultural land use has been substantiated. The economic levers of a state regulation over agricultural appointment lands utilization have been substantiated. Methods of the amount determination and mechanism to exert a rental payment for agricultural appointment land have been improved. Prospects for improvement of the economic levers on territorial organization of land uses in the contemporary economy have been determined.
