Object - the course and treatment of acute adhesive intestinal obstruction in patients with impaired liver function, and in terms of toxic hepatitis in the experiment; goal - to increase the effectiveness of treatment of patients with acute adhesive intestinal obstruction and impaired liver function by elucidating the mechanisms of disorders of energy metabolism in the peritoneum and development on the basis of the data of methods of forecasting, prevention and treatment of excessive adhesions; methods - clinical, pathophysiological, biochemical, biophysical, histological, histochemical, morphometric, densitometric, statistics; results - enhanced understanding of the role of liver dysfunction in the onset and progression of adhesive disease of the peritoneum, the current acute adhesive intestinal obstruction in the experiment; for the first time under the experimental conditions proved the effectiveness of drugs for the treatment group thymopoietins and prevent disease and acute intestinal obstruction; enlarged picture of the acute adhesive intestinal obstruction in patients with impaired liver function; work to clarify the mechanism of adhesive disease recurrence in patients with acute adhesive intestinal obstruction and concomitant diseases of the liver; branch – medicine.
