Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical, methodological and practical basis for forming the economic development's strategy of an enterprise. The methodical approach to economic development strategic planning company is offered, the essence of which is to change the type of economic development in the first stage, defining strategic positions, strengths and weaknesses in the market in the second stage and the use of the results for creating a strategic map for development of enterprises in the third stage with implementation of methodical approach results to 3D-model of the strategic choice for directions of economic development programs. The method of changing the type of economic development is improved as a part of the strategic planning process, the essence of which is to establish a mathematical correlation between revenues and costs of future prospects, methods to identify strengths and weaknesses of the company, the essence of which is to considerate the external and internal areas according to directions: internal area -marketing, production, finance, organization, personnel; external - economics, politics, scientific and technical progress, environment, social. The methodical approach to the choice of the development strategy of the food industry is offered, which is based on the type of evaluation and strategic position in the market, making it possible to develop a development strategy under uncertainty environment. The algorithm for creating the strategy maps for manufacturing companies is improved, according to which is proposed to carry out the preparatory stage, assessment type and quality of economic development for enterprises, identification of achieved strategic market positions, organizational phase of strategy formulation and implementation.
