Dmytriv V. Financial regulation of investment and innovation processes in Ukraine

The object is the financial regulation as a significant component of state economic regulation. The aim of the dissertation is the theoretical and organizational deepening in financial regulation of investment and innovative processes and the recommendations' design concerning its refinement in current conditions of national economy development. The methods are the following: economic and mathematical modeling, statistics method, abstract and logic method, analytical and calculation methods, correlation analysis, factor analysis, system and structural analysis, forecasting, graphical method. The results: the theoretical foundation of financial regulation's essence of the investment and innovative processes and offers' design concerning its refinement with the aim of investment and innovatove activity intensification in Ukraine.The novelty - the improvement of: the interpretation of the concept "financial regulation", the interpretation of the concepts "investment process" and "innovative process", theoretical foundation concerning the formation of preferential taxation system of investment and innovative processes; acquired further development: scientific approaches to determination of priory importance directions of investment and innovative processes intensification, theoretical approaches to foundation of financial resources expediency attraction into the priority branches of national industry development on the basis of economic and mathematical modeling, scientific and theoretical approaches to the foundation of the necessity to delimit the functional duties of state institutions in control sphere, financing and stimulation of the investment and innovative processes in Ukraine. The results are implemented into practical activity of Ternopil United State Tax Inspectorate of the Main Department of State Revenue Service in Ternopil region, Finance Department of Ternopil Regional State Administration and educational process of Ternopil National Economic University. The field: activities of Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, State Fiscal Department of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada Committee of Ukraine on Taxation and Customs Policy.
