Object - pseudocyst of the pancreas; goal - to improve the results of treatment of patients suffering from pancreatic pseudocysts by ap-plication of minimally invasive surgical techniques; methods - clinical, clinical and laboratory, biochemical, immunological, statistics, tools; results - the first time it is shown that the use of the technology of laparoscopic transgastric pancreaticogastrostomy using pentoxifylline and lipoic acid provides a significant reduction in the intensity and duration of pain; a comparative evaluation of the features of the dynamics of general clinical parameters of patients the duration of hospital stay and functional rehabilitation, the dynamics of post-operative complications in the application of the "open" and minimally invasive interventions; supplemented by the scientific understanding of the quality of life of patients with different types of surgery in the late postoperative period, calculated the indices evidence-based medicine - absolute and relative risk of complications in the formation of different types of surgical treatment of patients; supplemented by scientific data on the criteria of the differentiated approach to the choice of the optimal method of surgical treatment of various forms of pancreatic cysts; branch – medicine.
