Essay

The object of research - alternative fuels from combustible waste co-processing with fossil fuels in rotary cement kiln. The subject of research - enhancement of environmental safety of alternative fuels usage for Portland cement clinker sintering in rotary cement kilns. The methods of research - experimental results obtained using X-ray diffraction, fluorescence spectroscopy, calorimetric, chromatographic, atomic adsorption and spectral analysis. The statistical analysis of experimental data results carried out using the program STATISTICA. The environmental impact of fuels combustion in rotary cement kiln assessed by EURITS and IMPACT 2002+ (ver. 2.1) methods. The implementation rate - alternative fuels from combustible wastes implemented in PJSC "Mykolaivcement". The branches of implementation - cement factories, companies involved in collecting, sorting and recycling of industrial and household wastes; production of alternative fuels.
