Essay

Object: processes of growth, development and yield vegetable marrow formation depending on the processing methods of cultivation: period of sowing, circuit of density and placement of plants, mulching of soil and water retaining granules Akvod application. Objective: development and theoretical foundation of growing vegetable marrow technological methods in the forest west of the Dnieper. Novelty: for the first time, application of modern technology elements of growing vegetable marrow was developed and scientifically substantiated for the forest west of the Dnieper. Results: it is established regularities of interphase periods passage, yield formation and biochemical indicators of vegetable marrow fruit quality, depending on the varietal characteristics, technology elements and conditions of cultivation area, it is revealed strong (0.7-0.9) correlations. Optimal varietal composition (Сhaklyn, Gribovsky 37, Iskander F1), which provides high yield (53,8-77,5 t / ha) is detected. An optimal scheme of growing plants (120h30 cm) with a density of accommodation 27.8 thousand plants / ha, the effectiveness of soil mulching with black perforated polyethylene film with using of water-retaining granules Akvod, that contribute to the yield of vegetable marrow at 77,4-121,0 t / ha, income - 31,4-54,5 thousand UAH. / ha, profitability 117-151% is detected too.
