Essay

The role and  the place of the corporate securities market in the financial market are specified in the thesis. The efficiency of the corporate securities market is estimated. The influence of the  key macroeconomic indicators on the issue of shares and corporate bonds by Ukrainian issuers are found out using econometric modelling. Recommendations for improving the efficiency of the corporate securities market state regulation in Ukraine are worked out.
