Sydor H. Credit support agricultural development

Object - the process of the credit providing of agriculture in Ukraine. Purpose- theoretical principles and development of practical recommendations in relation to perfection of the credit providing of agriculture in Ukraine. Methods - the methods of analysis, synthesis, grouping, selection, classification and graphic presentation of research results, system-structural, calculation-analytical, abstractly-logical, dialectical analyses. Results - the theoretical principles of the credit providing of agriculture and development of practical recommendations are in relation to the improvement of the credit providing of development of agriculture in Ukraine. Novelty - the conceptual going is offered near the construction of a multisource model of crediting of agricultural commodity producers, that will give an opportunity stably to get the different types of financial credit support from the side of the state, bank and non-banking financial credit institutions, and also to promote the level of availability of the marked resources; the offered methodical going near microcredit of farmers on the chart of "loan circles", such association gives the sufficient guarantees of return of a lend money to the credit union; theoretical and methodological principles are deep in relation to forming of favorable institutional environment for activation of processes of development of small forms of enterprise on rural territories with the aim of making of mechanisms of adaptation of this environment to the requirements and necessities of subjects of m?nage; purchased further development of interpretation of concept "credit providing of agriculture", unlike existent concepts that have more general interpretation, this term specifies the sources of breaks in the money streams of agrarian enterprises and specific risks of their activity; the methodical going is offered near determination of necessity of agricultural commodity producers in credit funds by means of the approved economic and mathematical model. They are implemented in practical activity of Department of agroindustrial development of Ternopil regional state administration, STALEMATE "Forum", Third separation of credit union "Trust", Chortkiv, "Scala-Podilskyi" and in the educational process of the Ternopil national economic university. Scope - the activity of the Ministry of Agrarian Politics and Food of Ukraine, the Association of the Ukrainian banks.
