Scientific work is devoted decrease in frequency of infringements of reproductive function and incompetence at multigiving birth women with chronic urogenital infection in the anamnesis on the basis of studying clinical-microbiological, immunological and endocrinological changes, and also improvement of algorithm of treatment-and-prophylactic actions and pregravitation preparations. The structure and the basic clinical displays chronic urogenital infections that leads to infringement of reproductive function at multigiving birth women is established. The available data about patogenesise a various pathology of reproductive system and urogenital path at multigiving birth women on the basis of received microbiological and immunological the data and their interrelation with dyshormonal infringements is expanded. The received results have allowed to prove scientifically necessity of improvement of existing treatment-and-prophylactic actions at a stage of restoration of reproductive function at multigiving birth women. The most informative are established clinical, microbiological, immunological and endocrinological markers for an estimation of efficiency of spent treatment-and-prophylactic actions at a stage of restoration of reproductive function at multigiving birth women. Features of a clinical current of 1 trimester of pregnancy at multigiving birth women with chronic urogenital infection in the anamnesis are studied. The technique stage-by-stage (restoration reproductive function and preventive maintenance incompetence) treatment-and-prophylactic actions at multigiving birth women with chronic urogenital infection on the basis of additional use antigomotoxical therapies is improved. A quality monitoring behind a clinical current of the period of restoration of reproductive function and preventive maintenance incompetence at multigiving birth women with chronic urogenital infection is offered.
