Ursaki N. Diagnostics and preventive maintenance perinatal pathologies at abnormal placentation.

Scientific work is devoted increase of efficiency of early diagnostics and preventive maintenance perinatal pathology at women with abnormal placentation on the basis of improvement and introduction of advanced algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. Comparative aspects premorbite background, reproductive and obstetrical anamnesis, a current pregnancy are shown, sorts and perinatal aspects of delivery women with abnormal placentation taking into account a variant of migration of a placenta. The role of chronic inflammatory diseases of genitals and infringements micribiocenose of sexual ways to development abnormal placentation is presented. The role abnormal placentation and variants of migration of placenta in development incompetence is shown pregnancy and perinatal pathology. New aspects etipatogenesise abnormal placentation taking into account age of women, presence of chronic inflammatory diseases of genitals, reproductive and obstetrical anamnesis are established. Positions about value of an estimation of a functional condition fetoplacental complex are scientifically proved at various variants abnormal placentation on the basis of the established features endocrinological, haemodynamic and morphological changes depending on variant of migration of placenta. The received results have allowed to prove scientifically necessity of improvement of algorithm of early diagnostics and preventive maintenance perinatal pathologies at abnormal arrangement of placenta.
