Radchenko V. The clinical course, medical tactics and complication of prevention of pregnancy and delivery in case of thyroid pathology.

The thesis is dedicated to study the ways of optimization of medical care for pregnant women with thyroid gland disorders. The introduction into clinical practice algorithm to assist pregnant women with thyroid disease on the basis of the results of the clinical, functional, laboratory, ultrasound and psychological testing is proposed. The correlation of emotional state, neuroendocrine disorders and levels of interleukin-6 and interleukin-2 receptors with the development of the threat of spontaneous abortion, premature birth and preeclampsia are proved. The use of psychological testing in risk groups for selection of patients for further additional examination of the functional state of the thyroid gland and level of interleukins, prediction of the risks of threat of spontaneous abortion, premature birth and preeclampsia and the prevention of complications according to the algorithm are proposed.
