Romanchuk T. Differentiated approach to use of hormonal contraception at young with ectopia cervix uterus, not giving birth women.

Scientific work is devoted increase of efficiency of treatment-and-prophylactic actions at not complicated ectopia cervix uterus at young not giving birth women on the basis of use of the differentiated approach to application of various methods of hormonal contraception. Modern medical-social aspects at young is sexual-active women with ectopia cervix uterus which plan the delayed realisation of reproductive function are studied. The comparative estimation of a functional condition of cervix uterus and microbiocenose of sexual ways at young not giving birth women who use various groups of hormonal contraceptives (oral and intravaginal) are spent. Necessity of the differentiated approach is scientifically proved at method of contraception at these women taking into account influence of concrete preparations on colpocytology, bacterioscopical changes, and also a condition of local immunity. The basic criteria of inclusion of deenergizing of patients for use of various hormonal contraceptives taking into account a functional condition of cervix uterus, by-effects and sexual behaviour of patients are presented. It has allowed to develop and introduce the differentiated approach to use of various methods of hormonal contraception at young not giving birth women with ectopia cervix uterus.
