Khodan A. Prognostics and prevention of relapses of anovular pubertal uterine bleedings.

The scientific work deals with the reduction of frequency of anovular pubertal uterine bleeding relapses on the ground of prognostic approach to estimate risk factors of their occurrence based on the study of peculiarities of prostaglandin homeostasis, regulatory changes in the blood aggregative condition, peculiarities of echographic image of theinternal reproductive organs and condition of their hemodynamics in patients with the given pathology, and to elaborate pathogenetically substantiated preventive method considering the data obtained. The findings concerning pathogenesis of anovular pubertal uterine bleeding are complemented on the basis of detection of peculiarities of the platelet-vascular hemostasis, fibrinolytic system and changes of arachidonic acid oxidative metabolism in the development of relapses. Structural-functional characteristics of the internal reproductive organs and features of their blood flow in teenagers are characterized on the basis of their ultrasonic evaluation and Doppler examination findings. Risk factors to realize relapses of pubertal uterine bleeding are detected, the algorithm of diagnostic and therapeutic-preventive measures is improved in patients with the use of Arnica montana tincture and mefenamic acid, their clinical efficacy and preventive effect is estimated.
