Object - process of forming concrete struts; goal-improving the performance of work equipment for the manufacture of concrete struts type IC of transmission towers transmission method centrifugation through the use of high-frequency mode molding under the conditions have stabilized form-filling concrete mixture on the basis of the disclosure of the mechanism of this process; methods-basic theoretical and analytical mechanics, statistical processing of experimental data, the method of experiment planning, engineering and computer programs; the novelty - for the first time dependences for determination of the average pressure required to seal the concrete mix given its rheological properties; first demonstrated the possibility of determining the angular velocity of rotation shape based on the results of the study the strength of concrete in compression; first proposed the HF centrifugation with gentle rotation frequency of the molds for forming the uprights, which is implemented in terms of PJSC "Beton Nova". The method of calculation and design of the proposed equipment production line the racks of reinforced concrete used in the course and diploma design at training of specialists.
