Essay

The dissertation work devoted to the process of transformation of property relations in the agricultural sector and the characteristics of modern forms of business in rural areas. The essence and value of property in agriculture are investigated. Institutional factors are analyzed in order to improve the efficiency of mechanisms for the implementation of property in agricultural production and setting priorities of sustainable development sphere, affecting the formation and operation of property relations as well as their financial forms. Investigated stages of transformation of property relations in the agricultural sector since independence state, and the influence of institutional, economic and social factors at each stage. The activity and functioning of existing and newly established economic structures. Proved their effectiveness in relation to economic development of the agricultural sector, the establishment of partnerships between commodity producers and territories within which they conduct business. In the context of the transformation processes in agriculture investigated in leased -rent relations and prospects for improvement of property relations at the present stage, taking into account foreign practice. Solved cluster reformation principle of organizational form and proved its effectiveness in raising agricultural production. The mechanism of sustainable development in agriculture is investigated , it is proved that its basis is the multistructure, that is the existence of different legal forms of business, when each of them is efficient economy, has all the conditions for maximum realization of their resources, which makes it possible to save existing forms of management.
