The thesis comprehensively examined and determined the criminal and organizational principles of criminal responsibility of officials of stock market professional participants, it is analyzed an object, a subject, actus reus of crimes, responsibility for which is provided by the Articles 222-1, 223-2 and 232-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and it is researched the subject and subjective aspect of crimes committed by officials of stock market professional participants; it is proved the proposals on legal regulation improvement of relations in combating crimes committed in Ukraine's stock market.
