Based on the research model of motor activity in adolescents, extracurricular forms of physical training, including goals, objectives, functions, principles, pedagogical conditions, tools, performance criteria for training, requirements for control, and ways of correcting performance have been established. Based on motivational value factors and morphological-functional characteristics of students, a student-centered focus on motor activity in secondary schools (general development, recreation and wellness, corrective activities and sport) has been developed.
