The dissertation is dedicated to the comprehensive study of the theory, practice and key issues of settlement and funding of foreign operations of foreign business entity divisions. The possible technologies and further development in this direction are proposed by author. The theoretical bases of the economic essence of foreign business entity divisions are investigated and the patterns of their creation are defined. Considerable attention is given to the determination of the best ways to enter new markets for foreign business entity divisions. The classification of these business entities is improved.
