The Object of the study: management processes of waste management system at various levels of management. The Purpose scientific work consists of: to develop and improve organizational and economic bases of waste management system at various levels of management approaches based on a combination of state and market-oriented management. Exploratory acceptance: methods and logic synthesis of abstraction; analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction; system-structural analysis; comparative; graphic; correlation and regression analysis. Theoretical and practical results: methodological developments and practical recommendations for the management of solid waste management system at various levels to study and selection of strategic directions, and within them - tools development of waste management.
