Koval O. Protection of housing rights of orphans and children deprived of prenatal care

This dissertation is dedicated to the civil legal relations arising from protection of housing rights of orphans and children deprived of parental care. The author examines the questions which deals with accordance of special legal status to orphans and children deprived of parental care, protection of their rights and interests, primarily housing rights. Based on the researches made in the dissertation, there was defined the circle of persons whose housing rights the law obliges to protect. The author defines the necessity of introducing a new single concept of "a child without parental care" and establishment a temporary status for such child.
