Essay

Object: thrombosis in Ph-negative MPN patients, allelic polymorphism of prothrombotic factors genes, JAK2V617F mutation. Aim: to increase effectiveness of forecasting of thrombosis in Ph-negative MPN by setting their impact on occurrence of allelic polymorphism of the prothrombotic factors genes. It was determined effect allelic polymorphisms of the prothrombotic factors genes, JAK2V617F mutation on the occurrence of thrombosis and developed algorithms of their prediction.
