Thesis of complex analysis institute parties in a civil trial after significant changes in the law and theory of knowledge. The author proposed the introduction of a new term "third party" instead of a third party independent of the requirements of the issue, formulated the concept, in order entry process set forth the procedural rights and obligations of a third party, clarified and expanded the rights of the original parties, analyzed the material and procedural prerequisites for participation persons parties in the case, determining the plaintiff (and the counterclaim and the defendant) method of protecting civil rights.
