Essay

Training students in higher schools is becoming of great importance in the current socio-economic conditions. The principle of organic connection with the practice of physical education work most concretely embodied in professional-applied physical training. The object of the study included a special performance of students, graduated from the faculty of Food Technology and identifying key components of content-oriented professional fitness. Received quantitative and qualitative indicators specific to performance of professional work that most students are low and demand action from their development and correction. The content of professionally-oriented physical training of students of the Faculty of Food Technology was developed, which consisted of two parts: physical education and vocational and applied physical training.
