Tysiachka G. Сlinicodiagnostic peculiarity of inflammatory genital diseases of girls with extragenital pathology and their treatment.

This dissertation focuses on the topical problem of diagnostics and treatment of the genitalia inflammatory processes in adolescent girls. The usage of an integrated clinical / laboratory and hardware-based methodology has enabled the identification of the specific features of the female reproductive system in adolescent girls with inflammatory genital diseases by considering the premorbid background and the nature of extragenital pathology which have been detected in 84% of patients. It has been established that the genitalia inflammation in puberty is usually manifested as salpingooophoritis, vulvovaginitis, menstrual function disorder (in 67,5%); in case of anemia (in 21,4% of patients) - as the body mass deficit (in 21% of patients). The state of the immune system, the spectrum of etiological causative agents and the hormone profile have been investigated. Some pathogenic chains of the genitalia inflammation have been studied: it has been established that the heightened levels of endothelin-1, prostaglandin F2?, proinflammatory cytokines play an important role in causing disorders in the process of sexual development in adolescents with the genitalia inflammation. Algorithms of diagnostics, treatment and prognosis of the genitalia inflammation in puberty have been suggested.
