Essay

Object: erythrocytosis in patients with I and II stages PV and in patients with diseases that are accompanied by SE. Aim: to improve the accuracy of differential diagnostics PV and SE based on clinical, laboratory, biochemical, morphological, immunoferment and molecular genetic features, which have been identified. It was found most significant (JAK2 V617F mutation, hyperplasia of the three cell lineages on bone marrow, decreased erythropoietin level) and additional (cholesterol level and LDH) diagnostic criteria. It was developed mathematical model and improved algorithm of differential diagnostics.
