Object - process of personnel development at telecommunication companies. Purpose - grounding of theoretical and metodological theses and development of practical recommendations for suggest an economic-organizing mechanism of personnel development provisions at telecommunication companies based on the principles of personnel adaptation. Methods - correlation-regressive analysis, qualimetryestimation and sexpert estimation, A,B,C analysis, clasmatrix design. The author suggests an economic-organizing mechanism of personnel development provisions at telecommunication companies based on the principles of personnel adaptation. The evaluation system is devised to determine the indices of personnel development at telecommunication companies (demographic, social-economic and social-attributive). The paper further provides practical recommendation regarding the personnel ranking system at telecommunication companies according to groups (A, B, C). The paper provides a substantiation of a specific toolset for selecting a strategy of personnel development for the purpose of implementation of economic-organizing mechanism of personnel development provisions at telecommunication companies.
