Essay

Thesis is devoted to the improvement of medical and psychological care in obstetric practice that is done by a substantiation of principles and by the development of differentiated system of medical and psychological support for the family in the waiting period and the birth of a child in a different course of pregnancy and taking into account the type of delivery. The state of psycho-emotional sphere of women, depending on the course of pregnancy and childbirth, and the state of family relationships is studied. The features of the self-concept of women during pregnancy in terms of marital status interaction are identified. Also identified the features related to child during pregnancy and postpartum women in terms of their marital status interaction. The influence of partner deliveries on condition of family interaction and during the postpartum period in women is investigated. The psycho-emotional, personal, interpersonal factors of the deformation of family interaction as a differential targets of medical and psychological support for the family in the waiting period and the birth of a child in a different course of pregnancy is studied. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the results of the study, a medical and psychological support to the family in a different course of pregnancy and the different levels of family interactions in the waiting period and the birth of the child is scientifically proved, developed and implemented. This support is aimed to optimize the psycho-emotional and psycho-physiological condition of the woman, her attitude to pregnancy, marital interaction on marital and parent-child level, the definition of individual and family resources has proven its effectiveness.
