Essay

The thesis deals with the theoretical foundations and justification of practical recommendations of staff in the organizations of tourism. Modern approaches to staff development, to consider the expediency of its essence in terms of system and process approaches. The estimation of trends in tourism development in Ukraine, analyzed the structure of the development budget and personnel basic models evaluate its effectiveness. The thesis is justified to use the competency, cultural and institutional approaches to the development of the organization's personnel to meet modern market demands and limited resources of tourism organizations.
