Grebenuk D. Endoscopic hemostasis for gastroduodenal ulcer bleeding (clinical and experimental study).

Object - gastroduodenal bleeding ulcer genesis; goal - to establish the effectiveness of the mechanical and physical endoscopic hemostasis; methods – clinic and anamnestic, clinical, laboratory, instrumental (esophagogastroduodenoscopy, ultrasonography, electrocardiography, radiographic), experimental, statistical; results suggested a model of artificial vessel with the ability to control and correction of pressure to investigate the effectiveness of injecting methods of hemostasis in vivo; studied the effectiveness of purified lipoaspirate as bulking agent for injection hemostasis in the experiment; developed a new way to optimize endoscopic interventions in the "problem of localization" gastroduodenal bleeding; branch – medicine.
