Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of effective enterprise management under conditions of modern information technologies of e-business application. To achieve this goal the analysis of conceptual and categorical apparatus of the studied subject area and its improvement has been made, evaluated the impact of modern ICT, the Internet and e-commerce activities of the company and it has also been proved that modern enterprise management should be based on a client-oriented approach provided a systematic solution of problems of the management cycle is exercised. Investigated the origin, evolution, models, e-business technologies and their impact on enterprise activity. A periodization of its transition to electronic maintenance activities is proposed. The basic factors and trends in the pharmaceutical industry development were singled out, pharmaceutical manufacturers informational condition were diagnosticated. The dependence between the level of maturity of their IT infrastructure and their ability to transition to e-business were identified, strategic group of companies according to e-business development were identified. Methodological approach to the e-business development in the enterprise has been substantiated, which can resolve the problem of organizing and managing the implementation of e-business at every stage of "diagnosis", "design", "implementing", and "strengthen and control" of e-business system in the enterprise. Developed the methodological approach elements, including a customer loyalty model, using information and marketing technologies, design of contractual activity automation at an enterprise, and others.
