Kruglova A. Syndromic pathogenetic analysis of the effectiveness of grape polyphenols application in sanitaria restorative treatment of coronary heart disease

Object of study: coronary heart disease (CHD)accompanied by a hypertensive syndrome and metabolic syndrome. Objective: improving the efficiency of sanatorium-resort and restorative treatment of coronary heart disease by informed use of grape polyphenol application using syndrome-pathogenetic approach.Methods: clinical-anamnestic, clinical, laboratory, instrumental, statistical. Theoretical and practical results:developed and introduced into clinical practice new approaches in the treatment of patients with ischemic heart disease which is based on the application of the basic complex of sanatorium-resort treatment and grape polyphenols application.Investigated the peculiarities of the therapeutic effects of anatorium-resort and restorative treatmenttreatment with the inclusion complex of grape polyphenols in patients with ischemic coronary heart disease, hypertension and metabolic syndrome.Novelty:identified the effectiveness of the impact of methods of physical rehabilitation and concentrate of grape polyphenols on the dynamics of the clinical, biochemical, and instrumental parameters and justified the application of these factors in rehabilitation of patients with coronary artery disease with different clinical syndromes.The degree of implementation: articles, theses, patents.Scope of application: medicine.
