Object - postnatal complications in women with pulmonary tuberculosis (PT); goal - to reduce the incidence of obstetric complications in women with PT by developing medical and organizational activities; methods - general clinical, biochemical, special obstetric, instrumental, microbiological, immunological, morphogistohimical, statistics; results - first studied the structure and main causes of obstetric complications in women with PT; first established clinical comparative aspects of pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period complications in women with PT; investigated the correlation of clinical, ultrasound, hormonal, micro-biological and immunological parameters in postpartum complications in women with PT; mechanism of the pathogenesis of postpartum complications of tuberculosis and proved scientifically complex health care and midwifery support measures to reduce the frequency of this disease; first identified adverse prognostic criteria ultrasound, clinical-laboratory and morphological studies utero-placental area in the pathogenesis of obstetric complications in women with PT; expediency preparation before pregnancy, tactics obstetric pregnancy and childbirth in reducing the frequency specified disease in women with PT; branch – medicine.
