Dissertation is devoted research of issues of the day of regulative influence of central bank on motion of economic processes. Certainly nature, essence and features of functioning of central bank as a key market institute, called to influence on an economy by monetary instruments. Essence, setting and features of the system of the monetary regulation of economy, is exposed by facilities of monetary-credit and currency policy. The use of instruments of the monetary regulation is analysed by the central banks of leading countries. The practical aspects of application of basic instruments of realization of monetary policy a central bank are considered in Ukraine, certainly their advantages and failings and directions of their improvement are offered. The comparative estimation of the alternative modes of targeting and certainly priority of aims of monetary policy is carried out in the conditions of destabilization of financial sector of economy. Grounded complex of measures, directed on perfection of the system of the monetary regulation of economy. Conceptual principles of functioning of the system of the monetary regulation are formulated in the conditions of openness of national economy.
