Object - is the process of using different energy environmental heat pumps for heating a subject-sectoral aspects and mechanisms of this process; an aim - developing mechanisms to control the use of energy environmental heat pumps that provide economic and environmental efficiency of this process and contribute to energy and environmental (climate change threat prevention) security Ukraine; methods of - system-structural approach, dialectical historical method; statistical methods, methods of economic analysis; novelty - improvement of theoretical and conceptual bases of implementation of the Kyoto Protocol to control the use of alternative energy sources in Ukraine on the basis of the introduction of ownership by stakeholders on their CO2 reduction (a new immaterial product) and the gradual formation of the national market sales of the product; multilevel governance arrangements energy environmental heat pumps for the establishment of both economic and environmental motivation of business entities to non-traditional heating options; theoretical and practical results - lies in the development of theoretical and conceptual approaches and practical recommendations for the involvement of non-conventional energy supplies to address virtually all areas of life; the degree of implementation - obtained in the course of research results used in the development of promising directions for alternative supplies based on the use of environmental energy heat pumps Ltd.
