Object - the process of implementation of the socially oriented restructuring of the food industry; an aim - development of theoretical and methodo- logical statements and practical recommendations for the formation of organizational and economic principles of a socially oriented industrial restruc- turing; methods of - abstract-logical method, method of detail and synthesis, methods of grouping, economic and mathematics methods, statistical and comparative analysis method, method of quantifying qualitative characteristics, method of expert evaluations; novelty - first developed organizational and economic bases of a socially-oriented restructuring, which include the evaluation criteria the effectiveness of the team as a whole and individual workers, as well as the functioning of the cluster model as a tool for the implementation of synergic effect; theoretical and practical results - lie in the development of theoretical and methodological statements and practical recommendations for the formation of organizational and economic principles of a socially oriented industrial restructuring; the degree of implementation - obtained during research results are used in the JV "Vitmark-Ukraine" (the act of introduction from 12.09.2012 №664), the SEC "Drujba" (the act of introduction from 11.22.2012 №502) Ltd. "Istok" (the act of introduction from 26.08.2012 №415) and introduced Odessa Regional State Administration (the act of introduction from 03.26.13 № 05- 19/589). Certain provisions of the thesis are used in the classroom during practical lessons on discipline "marketing" for students in the Odessa National Academy of food Technol- ogy (the act of introduction from 13.10.14 222/Рз); industry - economics and management of enterprises (by economic activity).
